Exercise

Inactivity is a MAJOR health risk!

In our busy lifestyles it's too easy to sit a lot and move less. By simply standing more often, and adding stretches to your hourly workload we can increase blood flow and ciculation which sends more oxygen to the brain for healthier bodies, clearer minds and sunnier moods.

Adults should be fitting in 30 minutes of physical activity a day. This helps reduce risk of major illnesses such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes and cancer by up to 50%

Below we have found some great stretches and workouts to help you stay alert and keep moving regardless of
where you are!
